Our return policy is simple, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then send it back to us within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s) we will issue you a full refund for the original purchase price in your original form of payment, excluding any shipping and handling that may have been charged to you.
- If the item was a gift we will provide you with a store credit.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. The cost of return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
To return any item(s) from your order, please follow these easy steps below:
1. Fill out the "Contact Us" form below.
2. Click the "Submit Form" button on the bottom of the page.
3. When we receive your return request, we will email you a return label within 24-48 hours.
4. Once you have received the return label, repack your item(s) in the original packaging as best as possible to protect it during shipping.
5. Attach the return label.
6. Drop the return package off at the stated return label carrier (UPS or USPS)
7. Upon receiving the returned item(s), they will be inspected and we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue you a full refund for the original purchase price in your original form of payment. If the item was a gift we will provide you with a store credit. You will receive the refund or store credit within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
8. All refunds and store credits will exclude any shipping and handling that may have been charged to you. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
