Each Gumdrop Step Stool is made to order with care. Orders typically process within 4–5 business days before shipping. Personalized stools may require additional processing time depending on your customization request.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- Shipping locations: We currently ship to the Continental United States.
- Carriers: Orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
- Typical delivery time after shipment: 2–3 business days depending on your location.
Please note: processing time (making and preparing your order) is separate from shipping time (carrier transit).
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping: We offer FREE domestic shipping on orders over $50.
- Orders under $50: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
